Terms of ServiceCommission are for personal use only. If you want to to hire me for a commercial job send an e-mail with the subject in the title.- You can post the artwork online but you must credit me as @kenjik76.
- You can’t sell the artwork.
- You can’t mint or sell the illustration for NFT or crypto currency purposes.
- I have the right to decline a commission if I think I wouldn’t be comfortable working on it.
- I’ll do the commission based on my art style.
- I have the rights over my artworks so I can include them in my portfolio, online profiles and commissions sheets unless you want to keep your commission private. Let me know.
- My art process is divided in 3 parts: sketch, lineart and colors. I always send the progress when I finish a step. Bear in mind that I won’t make adjustments in the anatomy or structure after you approve the sketch. If you want adjustments to the structure or anatomy, an extra fee of 30% of the total value of the illustration will be charged.
- Time to complete the project will depend on the complexity of illustration.Payment via PayPal
- Payment is non-refundable and must be done upfront through a PayPal invoice in USD or Euros. You have the option to pay full upfront or 50%upfront before the starting nad the 50% before sending the complete illustration via WeTransfer. Tips would be highly appreciated too!
- Sending the payment automatically means that you agree with the Terms of Service! So don’t forget to read it before purchasing.Commission processHalf of the payment or upfront payment → sketch → lineart → basic colors → lights and shadows → finished art preview → half of the payment → i will send to you via Wetransfer link.-Please give me detailed information about what you want in the character, such as pose, body type, clothing, decorations, ornaments, etc. If possible, send visual references so that I can understand what you want.
- A custom price will be given depending on your requirements and if you agree with it, you must proceed to tell me your PayPal email so I can send you the invoice.
- After payment is sent, I will start the sketching out your project. Every step concluded I will send a preview for approval you can request anatomy and structure adjustments just in sketch step, you can request me to change colors in 'basic colors' and 'lights and shadows' steps.
- If you want major changes in lineart or anatomy after the 'sketch' step a 30% fee will be charged.
- After I finish the project I send a preview to you in low resolution and watermark (if you payed 50% upfront). You can only request minor changes like color adjustment at this stage. When approved the remaining half of the payment must be sent.
- Once the payment is received, the file in high quality will be send via WeTransfer link.
